For example, you have decided to start a blog to help readers who want to 'Quit Smoking' and you want to write a post about smoking habits.

Now you know that the most popular keywords for smoking habits could be 'Stop Your Smoking Habits', 'Break Your Smoking Habits', 'Change Your Smoking Habits' and so on.

Let's say you choose the title 'Break Your Smoking Habits' as the title of your post because you know a lot of smokers are struggling to get away from their smoking habits.

Once you have chosen a title, blogged about it and clicked on a 'Submit' or 'Publish' button, your blog will automatically generate a URL that includes your title.

For example, your blog URL is

..and once your post has been published, it will become

This is not that complicated but you need to take some time to develop your writing skills.

In your content, you also need to include the most popular keywords but do not overuse it. Maybe you can include in at least 6% of your content dedicated to the most popular keywords being searched.
